A gay-free pill?

If there was a pill or medication that you could take and be 100% straight in a week, would you take it? I mean something that would completely take away the urge for a man or woman to be turned on by the same sex? How many of yall would do it and why?

This is a crazy question for me because at first I would be like hell yeah...I would love to be normal and have friend were I wouldn't have to hide anymore...like would seem great...but ask I answer I for some reason hesitated...I think I just learned that for me the problem isn't being the way I am, but the way I looked at because of it...

I wrote this post to get different opinions on the issue. My brother came out a couple of months ago, and has become somewhat of a recluse to the family. I finally caught up with him and he was saying that he hated himself so much because of his sexual desires. As a straight man, I couldn't relate to his feelings. He later said that if they had medication that altered his genes to make him straight, he'd do it immediately. I was just curious to hear some of the responses as I thought it was an interesting comment

@Sonictron - You do like women. However, your emotional, mental, and physical needs are best met with another man. That is why you are gay. Men make you happier than women do, and you refuse to settle or let the lifestyle of the heterosexual majority influence your decision about what is best for you and makes you MOST happy.

That is what all men and women have to do. Come to grips that this is how we were created and not allow anyone to tell us anything different. We did not choose to be gay, we were born gay and either we live our truth, or hide and live on the DL and lie about who we truly are in order to make others feel comfortable about us.

Live and let live. A real man can stand in his own truth and face adversity when it could be much easier to turn the other cheek and lie like so many of our closeted brothers and sisters have to - because they have not fully accepted themselves as the gay men and women they were born to be.

this is a valid question and i think people who are stil struggling with their same sex attraction and have lots of issues moral/religious/societal/family related, definately would take it to make their lives easier..coz TRUST me ITS NOT easy being attracted to the same sex when you have not dealt with it and acepted it...in fact even AFTER you've accpeted it you find that its a whole different game and there are difficulties that mite be even worse that the straight relationships or lifestyles...and I think that is why there are so many DL brothers coz its easier to just entertain the sexual part of it and continue livning like the majority of straight people as long as you are with a loving wife whom you are EMOTIONALY close to....but being on the DL is not the desired situation coz gays and women hate you...so yeah the pill would do wonders to SOME gay/LEsbian Bisexual peeps but thats just a dream.

Is not doing what you really don't want to do. It's that simple. You sleep with who you want BECAUSE you want to. "FEELINGS" are preceded by thoughts .Ok so stop THINKING GAY.
I know.. easier said than done.. It is what it is.
If it's really a moral issue for you , it's the fornication that's the problem. NOT you the person. Or how you might "think" from time to time. Keep your pants on. That's the "pill". Keep your pants on.

Everybody comes in this world with one issue or another. If wanting to be with the same sex "sexually" is your "issue" , that's just the way life is. You can choose to address it or not.
Dreaming for a pill is just a lame excuse not to work on your consciousness.. Deflecting.
If your conscience is convicting you about your desires , you still have a chance at elevating your consciousness to eventually fullfill the purpose for which you were created.
If your "conscience" DOESN"T bother you about it?....oh well.
