Need Help!!!

How you ever gotten into something that you Didnt regret but couldnt move foward? Heres the story: I have been in a relationship with the same dude for about 6or7 yrs. now. Recently, I have been feeling like the relationship is going now where (hes dl and "high society", not married though). So instead of leaving dude alone, I stepped outside of the relationship wit another dude. I didnt exactly tell dude2 bout dude1 (its been about 5mnths) and dude2 finds out about dude1 unexpectedly, its a big fight and im still wit dude1 and dude2 wants nothing to do wit me. The problem is tht I cant stop thinkin bout dude2!! what can i do? is there anything i can do?
