Question???

I've seen a few racist posts on here. I'm new to DLC, how do you report them? They're quite offensive. If there's no way to report them, that's appalling.

Why is it ???

Why is it that people will go to the club every week and then buy a new designer outfit every week and live in an apartment.  Why not save your money and buy a damn house that you will have for the rest of your life?

What is your why is it moment?

HereIStand,
What the hell? Some people live in apartments their entire lives and live just as happy and with less stress then people who own houses. With apartments you pay one price all year, with owning a house comes a lot of resposibility like morgage, property taxes (that go up every year) up keep of the lawn... A whole lot of shit anyway.. My why is moment is why is it that people have kids and you have yourself looking good from head to toe but your baby got a snotty nose, shitty diaper and the same clothes they had on all week??? That pisses me off!
Or why do you drive a 60,000 lexus but live in your momma basement?

Ask Mother Divine,
I a gree why not do something better with your money. If you are over thirty and still buying "OUTFITS" you ass is gay. Find something better to do with your money.

hmmmmmmmmm,
your idea of what is a good and stable idea may not be the same for someone else. maybe they don't want a house and all the responability that comes with it. AND owning a house is a liabilty on so many levels not an asset. Read a book. Try rich dad poor dad. AND only in america is owning a house such a big deal, in europe and other places around the world they put more stock in other things. don't oush your values on someone else. do you and mind your business

Guest,
I agree with HereIStand. I have a problem with anyone who monthly car note is more than their rent or mortgage. It kills me to drive through the hood and see people living in a hole in the wall but driving expensive SUVs and luxury vehicles with expensive rims.

B,
Why does anybody care what somebody else does with their money - that's called hating - now if you said welfare folk I would be right there with you like yeah spending my tax dollars on bullshit - but if you want to wear your paycheck instead of making your money grow thats your perogative and you have a right to it and I am not the one to say you stupid or you wrong - what makes one person happy doesn't necessarily make another so maybe those people buying expenisve rims and cars are happy as pig in shit and would not be so if they had the responsibility of a home... just my two cents....

hunginNNJ,
Please don't forget those of us that live in areas where rent is still at least 50% less than a mortgage. I live in Jersey City and if I was trying to buy a condo equal to the apt I have it would cost me $500k. I'd rather have my apt, my car, and my clothes than be struggling in hand me downs and 95 altima just to call myself a home owner. I have plenty of time to buy a house and God willing one day I'll have it. But for those of us in the great NYC area renting for a while does make sense even if you do spend some of your extra cash on a new outfit for the club...
