I (black 22 year old male) often wonder about my best friend (black male 23) from high school. We were inseparable. Then, he started dating my ex-boyfriend, the one who broke my heart. They ended up moving in together right after high school, and 9 months later, they broke up. He tried to apologize to me for his actions after they broke up, but I didn’t want to hear it. I heard he was so hurt over the relationship with my ex that he moved to another state. It’s been 5 years since I seen him and I really miss my ex best friend but I am not sure if I have forgiven him for what he did to me. Sometimes I think he got what he deserved but then other times I feel sorry for him. I really hope he’s doing okay……..
