He shitted on me now he's stalking me

yea here it goes i was messing with this dude for about well im certain it was 4 years we have a child together and he was the greates father untill he decided he wanted to get back with his first babymother. He just up and left one day and never came back to see his daughter she's looking more and more like him and its sad.I gave hime the chance to pay her childsupport but once we broke up he stopped the payment makings so now i had childsupport rip it out his check every week and it helps alot because every penny counts and just to let him know like your going do something for her you know its not really about the money its just the simple fact that he's going do something. I'd rather him spend time with her you know? but anyway where ever i go nowadays i keep seeing him and i know its no accident so i mean why did you mess up a good thang when you know yo still want it(he) so im liking seeing this guy and shit now or whatever and me and ol boy have broken up on many occassions and everytime i get with someone her he comes popping up what is a WOMAN TO DO??

I am going thru the same thing.. like seriously!! but the difference is i have a son we were engaged and and walked in and caught him in bed with his first baby mama.. and now he's stalking me.. showing up at my apartment job everything.. I had to get a restraining order, but it doesn't help... good luck

You need to ignore his ass and if you do not want him.. which you shouldn't make it a point for him to know you don't but you want him to have a relationship with his daugther.. Since you have a child support case, he has to pay you the dough.. You can't make someone be a parent if they don't want to but you can try to be civil so that there is a good open working relationship.. He sounds like he wants to control you a bit. Have his cake and eat it too..You should respect yourself and your daughter enough to say enough is enough and set boundaries. If him showing up whenever he wants to is a problem for you, tell him that and follow through with your request.He did what he wanted to do with no problem and did not think about your feelings so you do not have to accomondate him at all.He is just your daughter's father and for him that should be enough. Go live your life, date and don't allow this to control you, your heart or your mind.Your daughter needs to see a mother who is strong
